Company Overview
Delta Drone International Limited (ASX: DLT) is an Australian based, multinational drone-focused data service and technology solutions provider with operations in Australia, South Africa, Ghana, Namibia and Israel.
Delta Drone International is best known for providing outsourced unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) data services to the mining, agricultural and engineering industries through a range of contract and project services including aerial surveying and mapping, aerial asset inspection, security and surveillance and blast monitoring and fragment analysis, as well as safety system and compliance management.
Delta Drone International has in-house enabling proprietary technology, an R&D and integration centre and expertise in designing, developing and providing autonomous safety systems for commercial drone deliveries, drone flights for crowd monitoring and in urban areas, as well as beyond visual line of sight’ (BVLOS) missions.
Business Model
Delta Drone International comprises four businesses that operate in different sectors of the global drone industry, Rocketmine, Rocketfarm, ParaZero and Drone Safety & Legal. The businesses operate independently of each other with their own general managers, business locations and operations. Delta Drone International is a holding company that owns 100% of the businesses and drives the overarching group strategy and direction, including the accounting, financial analysis, and capital allocation decisions.
ASX History
Delta Drone International Limited was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in December 2020 after ParaZero (ASX: PRZ) acquired 100% of share capital in Delta Drone South Africa from French listed parent entity Delta Drone SA. Following the merger, ParaZero changed its name to Delta Drone International to reflect the change in operational focus. Delta Drone International Stocks are traded under the code ASX:DLT.
